How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within the US. Expedited options are available for faster delivery. Digital books are delivered instantly via email with BookFunnel after purchase.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of physical books within 30 days of purchase in new, unread condition. Due to the nature of digital products, eBooks and digital downloads are non-refundable. Please contact us at KirstenSBlacketer@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Do you offer signed copies?

Most print books ship directly from BookVault, but I do offer signed book plates for free. Please let me know if you'd like one when you check out or email me directly: KirstenSBlacketer@gmail.com. Signed copies may be available for select titles. Check individual product pages or contact us to inquire about signed book availability.

Can I purchase books as gifts?

Absolutely! You can ship books directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. We can also include a gift message upon request—just add a note during checkout or contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, but we are looking at expanding our distribution as our store grows.

How do I access my digital books?

After purchasing a digital book, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your digital purchases by logging into your account and visiting your order history.

Are your books part of a series?

Some of our titles are part of ongoing series. Each book's product page will indicate if it's part of a series and the recommended reading order. Most of them are interconnected standalone books within the series and can be read independently. I will always tell you if it's a cliffhanger. Promise.
